Creating a memorial

You do not have to write it all today. A name starts a page; the photographs and the story come on the next screen, and you can change any of it whenever you like.

1. Choose Start a memorial.
2. Type their name. That is the only thing needed to begin.
3. Add a line about them, a town, the kind of animal, and the dates if you know them — or leave any of these for later.
4. Write as much or as little of their story as you have today.
5. Choose Start the memorial, and you land on the edit screen.

Only a town is asked for, never a street address — a page is meant to be shared, and a full address on a public page is more than anyone means to publish.
